Fermata, and Link to Sweet Memories

Dear Ones,

Enjoy these photos and videos of my beloved wife, Jody Moreing Frankfurt, who is now with her Lord Jesus Christ, experiencing "fulness of joy"! Ps. 16:11

I praise my Holy God for giving me such an exquisite bride, intimate friend, and eternal love.

I have been praying and thinking about whether or not to keep posting to this blog. My decision is to start another blog soon, that simply shares my heart as I seek to honor the Lord through the mourning process. It seems fitting to put the final fermata on this one. (The final post will simply state where the new blog is.)

My appreciation to all of you who have read, prayed and loved us cannot be expressed properly - except to say that *I know* God will reward your faithfulness to Him, and for all the love you have shown me.

The new heaven and the new earth are of particular interest to my heart as I contemplate being face to face with the Lord, and reunited with my sweet Jody, so I conclude with these verses:

Rev. 21:1-7 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away." And He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." And He said, "Write, for these words are faithful and true." Then He said to me, "It is done."
"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost."
"He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son."

Scott:

Such a nice cap to finish off a great blog that testifies to the unending grace of our Lord Jesus.

Please let us know when you start the new blog so that I can keep updated on you.

Rick

P.S. Thanks also for commenting on my blog. It was an encouragement to me =).

Please forgive my comments on a post way below this one. I did not know that our Lord had taken your Jody home. I wept for you and I have joy for her. Thank you for your posts, they have been a strength for me. May the Lord richly bless you as you walk the way alone and look to the day when you shall see your Jody in her white robes!
